  • Stable blood sugar curbs diabetes complications: Whole argument that health is about helping the body maintaining stability - helping it do its job - instability = vata = break down - this supports my argument about refined food - refined food destabilises blood sugar because it causes instability of blood sugar and therefore of other systems - feedback systems that try to maintain stability are overworked and are all connected to each other - whole system is destabilised. This happens in normal "healthy& quot; people too - its just that we don't see it - but beneath the surface the damage is being done.
